Events Rules – 

We do not allow outside food to be brought into our facility with the exception of a cake or dessert.  Any dessert that is brought in must come from a licensed kitchen (no homemade food allowed).

All events must end by 11pm.

We do not book events with start times later than 9pm.

You are welcome to decorate for your event.  However, no helium balloons, confetti, or glitter are permitted in our facility.  If early set-up is required, we’ll do our best to accommodate to make sure your space looks great the day of your event.  Please discuss specific set-up needs while booking your event.

We require a credit card to be held on file for all non-corporate events.  This card will be used for incidentals such as damaged property or excess cleaning.

For a Court Only gym rental you are responsible for leaving the space in the condition that you found it.  Please remove all cups, plates, and garbage from the gym before the end of your rental period.  Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge.

You are responsible for removing all decorations from our facility by the end of your event.

Cleaning charges for trash left in the gym during a Court Only rental or decorations left at our facility start at $100.

We do not allow outside bands or DJ’s in our facility.  However, we do offer several options that will allow you to control the music in the gym on the day of your event.

Room fees are due in advance to reserve your space.  This fee is fully refundable with 30 or more days advance notice, non-refundable within 30 days of your event.

The balance for food, beverage, and gratuity totals due will be payable at the conclusion of your event.  Cash or card payments are accepted.

20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage totals.
